Sarah Brady:
Will present “Thoughts of Freedom: Hans & Sophie Scholl and the White Rose“. In 1943, two German siblings in Munich walk toward an uncertain future, carrying words of Resistance, buoyed by faith, stories, and songs.

Sarah Brady is a storyteller, teaching artist, and writer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in speech education, with an emphasis in interpretative speech, and a Master of Arts degree in interpretative speech. Prior to becoming a professional storyteller, she taught communication and theatre at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia.

Sarah has recently returned from three years of living in the United Kingdom, where she added numerous stories to her repertoire. She tells stories at a variety of venues in both the United Kingdom and the United States, working with such entities as Arts for Learning–Virginia; Epic Tales; Cambridge Storytellers; the White Rose Project; and the Suffolk Archives.

Storytelling of all types and styles, in a friendly, cooperative venue where seasoned tellers and newcomers alike are received with full attention.
