October 20, 2018 All Day
The festival features a diverse group of internationally recognized tellers and local personal storytelling favorites.
Held at a variety of venues in downtown Evanston within two blocks of Lake Michigan, this festival celebrates the universal and unique experiences of being human through a wide range of story styles and cultural perspectives. Listen, learn, laugh, and share during a weekend of story in our vibrant community by the Lake. This festival is free.
Brought to you under the leadership of the Evanston Public Library and supported by library staff and a team of volunteers, the festival’s admission is free and all are welcome.
Please join your neighbors and make new friends while enjoying a weekend that celebrates the universal appeal of stories and the importance of an oral tradition.
