Dear Story Space listeners and tellers,
Our very own Bruce Marcus, Laura Packer, and Andrea Kamens will all be in the upcoming Sacred Stories by Artists Standing Strong Together (ASST) honoring tellers who are no longer with us in body including Dr. Ruth Edmonds Hill.
Sacred Stories is the beloved first of the signature monthly programs of Artists Standing Strong Together (ASST). It honors the voices of storytellers who are no longer alive via recorded stories, and features storytellers and other artists live on Zoom sharing what they consider to be sacred.
ASST runs free-to-listeners online monthly programming designed to make story listening more diverse, welcoming to newcomers, and financially, differently-abled, and geographically accessible. Donations are welcome and go directly to supporting our artists.
This month’s program will honor Priscilla Robinson Best, Dr. Ruth Edmonds Hill, and Martha Len Nelson, and include live presenters Laura Packer, Janice Greene, Bruce Marcus, and Janet Liu.
