Open Telling with the Mother Lode Storytelling Guild in the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills of California... Saturday, June 5!
2:30-3:30 Storytelling Program (2:15 log-in and sign ups) (Pacific Standard Time)
Anyone in the audience is welcomed to tell a tale as time allows. As always, people are invited to just come and listen, as well. Any type of story is welcome: funny, heartbreaking, appreciative, family, personal, folktale or from any other story genre (8 minutes max). At the June 5th event Guild members BZ Smith, Kathy Martinez, and Claudia Tonge will share stories. We also love it when new people tell.. It’s a treat to hear new storytelling voices!
To tell a story, please sign up in advance by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also sign up at the beginning of the event, 2:15 pm PST, before storytelling begins. Tellers will be chosen on a “first come; first served” basis.
