Consignment at the Conference Marketplace will be available only to our conference presenters and attendees. The Marketplace will also be the location for our vendors and silent auction. All consigners selling items in the Marketplace are required to volunteer during the conference to assist the NSN staff in different capacities.

Please note: due to budget constraints, NSN will not be able to absorb any shipping costs for items shipped to the hotel. If you need to ship your items directly to the hotel, please contact the hotel for additional information.

 

Days and Times for the Marketplace are as follows:

Thursday, July 23rd – Marketplace and Silent Auction Drop Off and Set Up
Hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (the Marketplace will open for a sneak peek from 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm)

If you are also donating an item(s) to the Silent Auction, this will be the period of time to drop it off.

 

Friday, July 24th – Marketplace and Silent Auction open
Hours: 9:00 am – 9:30 pm

 

Saturday, July 25th – Marketplace and Silent Auction open
Hours: 9:00 am – 1:30 pm (the Marketplace will close from 1:45 pm – 2:45 pm for the NSN membership meeting)

Reopens: 3:00 pm – 9:30 p (sellers and auction winners can pick up their items at the end of this evening or on Sunday)

Note: Silent Auction bidding will end at 7:00 pm on Saturday, July 27th. Auction winners will be announced at the end of the evening.

 

Sunday, July 26th – Marketplace and Silent Auction Pick Up
Hours: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm

Delivery of sale items will be accepted from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 23rd. Sale Items must be delivered by the seller to the Marketplace no later than 7:00 pm. At that time all items will be inventoried and put on display. To ensure adequate room and table space is provided at the conference for all consignors and vendors, anyone who is interested in reserving space in the Marketplace should complete the reservation form below. You are not required to provide information on the specific items you wish to consign now. The NSN staff will follow up on your reservation for specific information at a later date.

Completing the following information does not require you to be a consignor at the conference, it is merely to assist NSN in determining the amount of space and number of tables we will need to have available for consignors.
