The Summit Resource Room/Marketplace will be available only to our Summit presenters and registrants to consign their items. We will also have some of our Summit vendors in the Resource Room/Marketplace area to sell their items. This is also the venue for our silent auction. Any attendee selling items in the Resource Room/Marketplace is required to volunteer for two (2) hours during the Summit to assist the NSN staff in different capacities.
Please note that the Marriott charges a shipping/receiving fee for items shipped to the hotel by guests. Due to budget constraints, NSN will not be able to absorb this cost. If you need to ship your items directly to the hotel, please contact the Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley for additional information.
Days and Times for the Resource Room/Marketplace are as follows:
Thursday, July 25th – Resource Room/Marketplace and Silent Auction Drop Off and Set Up
Hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (the Resource Room/Marketplace will open for a sneak peek from 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm)
If you are also donating an item(s) to the Silent Auction, this will be the period of time to drop it off.
Friday, July 26th – Resource Room/Marketplace and Silent Auction open
Hours: 9:00 am – 9:30 pm
Saturday, July 27th – Resource Room/Marketplace and Silent Auction open
Hours: 9:00 am – 1:30 pm (the Resource Room/Marketplace will close from 1:45 pm – 2:45 pm for the NSN membership meeting)
Reopens: 3:00 pm – 9:30 p (sellers and auction winners can pick up their items at the end of this evening or on Sunday)
Note: Silent Auction bidding will end at 7:00 pm on Saturday, July 27th. Auction winners will be announced at the end of the evening.
Sunday, July 28th – Resource Room/Marketplace and Silent Auction Pick Up
