NSN is accepting proposals for workshops, panels, intensives, and classes or presentations for the 2018 National Storytelling Summit. We're encouraging anyone interested to submit their proposal before time runs out.

Atria Newell Creek, a senior residential community in Mentor, OH, recently hosted Better Together, which was the first in a series of events to celebrate the importance of storytelling. The series is based on Atria StoryWise, a collection of topics and cues created to rekindle memories and help people connect more deeply.

“Storytelling is a simple and meaningful way to connect and pass wisdom from one generation to the next,” said Tiffany Bazan, the engage life director at Atria Newell Creek. “So many of our residents and employees enjoyed Atria StoryWise with their families during the holiday season and I’m really excited to launch a year’s worth of programs around Atria StoryWise.”

We know the transition to the new website has been a bumpy road, but we want to assure you that we're working with the web developers to resolve all known issues on the website. And we're very excited to let you know that the discount code function for the online membership form is now working!

We want you to be aware that the discount code for your organization has changed with the move to the new membership database. Never fear, we've provided a look up tool for you on the membership form that will allow you to search for your affiliate organization by name.
