Conference Hotels
Conference hotels are the Comfort Inn and the LaQuinta located in Federal Way, WA. Comfort Inn’s group rate is $165 per night. Refer to Group #4779637 when making reservations by phone. La Quinta’s rate is $164 per night. Group rates end June 11. You may also find cheaper rates for the Federal Way, WA hotels by shopping online. Shuttle service is provided to/from the Dumas Bay Centre and these hotels at a cost of $30 for the full conference. Shuttle reservation is on the Conference Registration form as is Parking option. Dumas Bay Centre Housing
All rooms are first come, first served. Housing is limited. The price covers Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, including tax. There are no Discount Codes for Housing. Reservations are for the full conference only. There are no one-day rates available. Full breakfast is included. There are sinks in all rooms with the showers and toilets down the hall (except where noted). ADA toilet and shower are also available down the hall. If the room you select is SOLD OUT, you will be contacted to choose a different room or receive a refund. For those choosing the twin-bed room, please complete the roommate details at the bottom of the form.
There are no additional dates available except if you would like a room for Sunday night July 14. If so, email to inquire about options.
Please note there is a cancellation penalty fee of $50 for both conference registration and housing.
