In the midst of our climate crisis, join us to explore the responses, and actions, both big and small, we use to inspire hope.
OARS in the Water is a facilitated Zoom gathering on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month offered by Healing Story Alliance to create a listening space to share the experiences and stories that have emerged through turbulent times. This is not a therapeutic circle but we do hope it will be healing, supportive and inspiring.

About our Hosts for November 8th
Karen De Mauro is an international storyteller and coach whose mission is to create collaborative multi-art events that activate the artist in everyone. She directed for, and performed, at The United Nations, The Smithsonian Institution, and The International Noh Theatre of Japan. As a lifelong teaching artist, and Artistic Director of The Acting Center/Nature Stages she continues to work in interactive venues from National Parks to Broadway, from churches to corporate boardrooms, and in schools and community centers throughout the US and Canada. http://www.karendemauro.net
Linda Levinson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has a psychotherapy private practice in Los Angeles in which she helps people grow and find fulfillment in their lives. She has loved listening to stories since being a young child and appreciates how they have re-entered her life through OARS.
