Carol Knarr Gebert has been telling stories professionally since 2000. Having gained her storytelling certificate from South Mountain Community College Storytelling Institute, Carol has continued to craft personal, historical, and sacred stories through mentoring and the mentorship of other tellers. Presently, Carol is the Activity Coordinator for Timbercrest Senior Living in North Manchester, Indiana. She has traveled to The Holy Lands as a sacred teller with Bibletelling.org 2011 and 2012 and to Anshan, China with Jay Schools in 2012. In her former life, Carol directed theater and taught English and speech elementary through university levels.
