Telling Stories to Kids: an Introduction
Join two veteran storytellers for a lively workshop from the Houston Storytellers Guild on telling stories to kids! Leona Hoegsberg and Sally Goodroe will share tips on the characteristics of a good story for kids, learning how to tell them, and adapting stories for various age groups, with exercises to make your stories shine. Participants are asked to come to the workshop with a story they would like to work on.
