Melissa Hamilton:
For years I had enjoyed being out in the woods and would go on occasional hikes to the mountains with my dad. Five and a half years ago I learned how much of a difference hiking and the outdoors could make in my life. I will tell a few stories about how I became an avid hiker and how it has changed my life.
