Andy Russell is an award-winning storyteller who grew up in North Carolina in a family rich with storytellers. His youth was shaped by his love of family, American history and the natural world around him, with a special affection for animals. His passion for stories and music led him to Nashville for a 10-year stint as a singer/songwriter. His interest in animation and Macintosh computers led to a career in multimedia development, taking him to Pennsylvania, Ohio and eventually to his current home in Ocala, Florida, where he lives with two dogs and a 3-legged cat.
