If dorm life is not your style, NSN has contracted with Holiday Inn Express & Suites for a discounted rate of $119. To make reservations, call +1-806-655-4445 and ask for the WT Communications or if registering online – use the code CJI. All reservations must be made by July 2 to get the discounted rate. Rooms are limited and may not be available through July 2.

The hotel is located at 2901 4th Avenue, Canyon, TX 79015 (approx. 1.5 miles from Exit 108 on I-27).

• Prices for full conference stay:
  • $250 for a private room in a four bedroom suite with two bathrooms and a common area
  • Three floors with elevator / air conditioning
  • One double bed with option for additional linen if occupied by two persons
