Judith Black is a professional storyteller with a national following. Her TED talk on storytelling and climate disruption has been widely viewed and used as the basis for performances and action. She has created a new program on earth stewardship for young folks. She recently created Bittersweet Midnights which ran for 15 performances at the Salem Theatre Company and That Fading Scent: A Seditious Comedy About Women and Aging.The Orlando Sentinel says about this show:

Featured ten times at the National Storytelling Festival, and three times as Teller-in Residence at the International Storytelling Center, in 2001 she was inducted into the National Storytelling Network>s (largest storytelling membership organization in the world) Circle of Excellence <For exceptional commitment and exemplary contribution to the art of storytelling.” . In 2010 she won the MassMouth Big Mouthoff with a 4 minute story about her son??™s return home from combat duty in Iraq.
