Registration for Conference 2025 in Kennesaw, Georgia opens on January 27 at 9:00am EST. The Early Bird discount deadline for NSN members is May 31, 2025. There is no Early Bird discount for non-members. Listed below are details of registration to assist you with making your actual registration go smoothly and quickly. If you are a presenter, teller, volunteer or scholarship holder, you have been emailed your Discount Code. If you have not received it, please contact: or Dot at 651-703-8191. We will be in the Joe Mack Wilson Building and the Wilson Annex. Wear your walking shoes, as we will occupy a campus triangle of housing, conference, and cafeteria but will also have a volunteer team of drivers for those requiring a quick lift between locations.
Meals: Food will be served in an award-winning dining hall (ranked #10 out of 1,344 for best college food in America!) offering a vast array of delicious meals. Options are available for all dietary needs. If you purchase a meal plan, you will receive a ticket to show at the dining hall. Food may also be purchased at cafeteria prices, if you choose not to obtain a meal ticket.
Virtual Ticket: The Full Conference registration includes the Virtual Link. Links to the live stream events will be emailed to purchasers of the Virtual Ticket and to Full Conference registrants closer to the date of the Conference. Registration to purchase the Virtual Ticket is from January 27 through September 21. Viewing time is from July 18 through September 30.
