“Auntie” Rachel Briggs is a celebrated storyteller, performer, and cultural ambassador, dedicated to preserving and promoting the art of Black storytelling. Based in Providence, Rhode Island, Rachel is a proud member of the Rhode Island Black Storytellers (RIBS) and the Founder of Dream Through STEAM RI, a multidisciplinary hub that blends storytelling and science, technology, engineering, arts, and math education using a culture responsive framework.
