A member-driven organization whose mission is to advance all forms of storytelling within the community through promotion, advocacy and education.

The National Storytelling Network Board has joined hands with Artists Standing Strong Together (ASST, Assist) to contribute to hurricane relief. We decided our community would best be served by focusing our efforts on helping storytellers who lost their income and equipment because of these hurricanes. NSN has contributed matching funds to double the grant money in the Storyteller Relief Fund (SRF) account managed by ASST. We ask you to join us by giving what you can to this fund. NSN will continue to donate to SRF and to aid storytellers impacted by future disasters around the nation.
