Halloween is the crack in the egg of time where the spirits come to join us. Meet the Bog Woman, a jealous death grip, Poe’s ‘Tell Tale Heart’ (in sign language), a ghoul marriage, & twisted deals with the Devil. No, this is not for the timid. These tales aim to get under your skin, and play with your head.

A native of Osaka, and the recipient of the 2017 NSN’s Circle of Excellence Award, Motoko has shared Asian folktales and original stories across the U.S. and in China, Japan, Senegal, and the U.A.E.
